Semi-Private Personal Training
Our Semi-Private Personal Training is completely individualized to you. We want to get you results in the most efficient, safe, and effective way possible. That’s done by giving you a plan and program based around you and your goals. Similar to traditional personal training, you will have your personal plan and coach, a few more people joining you each session, but for half the cost of a 1-on-1 Personal Training session. At a lower price point ($30-$40/session) and more schedule options, you can workout more often and get to your goals just that much quicker. 

Have you ever been to a gym where no one knew your goals? Where you were doing the exact same workout as the person next to you and could never see any progress? This is the opposite of what we do in our Semi-Private Personal Training. 

You will get your own personal fitness coach who will not only create your program, but help you work through that program week over week. Any questions, ask your coach. Want to change your goals or work towards something new, ask your coach. We are there to help you in any way we can.

Hybrid Training
Our hybrid training style is for those of you who find it hard to make it to the gym with your busy schedule.  You will still get your own personal plan from your coach but these workouts can be done anywhere, whether that means you are working out at your house or maybe at a hotel room during your travels.  Whatever the case may be, your workouts and plan will be ready wherever you need them. Because this is a hybrid plan you are still able to workout at our facility 4 times per month.  You could break this up to once a week or do them all in a single week, this plan is made to keep you going no matter what your schedule looks like.
